an enjoyable and terrific grill experience
we grill extraordinary and with passion. and we pass our know-how to anyone who is interested with pleasure. be it in the oven house in berne or in your garden or anywhere else.
at the start we prepare different marinades for meat and fish such that the own taste is not covered but supported. we grill very gently, smoke salmon on lark boards, we stew vegetables on coal and prepare salads and other vegetarian grill dishes.
