in the authentic monastery kitchen we fire up the wood oven and cook an evening meal together in the monastery style. we produce  butter and fresh cheese, bake bread in the monastery kitchen oven and prepare a multi-course menu with local products from the organic farm and fisheries  – all according to old monastery recipes.
