a veritable medieval culinary experience at a location to match. we celebrate the middle ages with torches and fire and with centuries-old drinks and food. and we cook as at that time, outside on an open fire. nettle soup, beans with herbs, bourbelier from the wild boar, chicken with plum and date,…and we don’t forget the flatbread!
